SCHOLARS
The Scholars Program connects sponsors in the United States with young individuals in Haiti who aspire to attend college but lack the financial resources to do so.
Established in 2013, this program has successfully graduated 42 students, with 33 currently enrolled in various fields of study, including accounting and medicine. Given that Haiti is the poorest country in the Western Hemisphere, with 60% of its population living on $3.25 per day or less, the chance to pursue higher education is transformative for both students and their families.
The annual cost to sponsor a student in this program is $1,200, facilitated through a 501(c)(3) organization. Notably, all administrative overhead is covered by donations, ensuring that every dollar contributed goes directly to supporting the students.

FOOD FOR LEARNING
The Food For Learning program provides nutritious lunches for K-12 students.
For many, this meal represents the most substantial food they will receive throughout the day. We have observed a strong correlation between this program and students' academic performance, with each meal costing just $1.10.
